Full Description
{1} An Act for vesting in Trustees certain lands and Hereditaments at Weedon Bec in the county of Northampton for erecting buildings thereon for the service of His Majesty's Ordnence. P.514….part of that close… called The Mill Butts… Part of a Close or Piece or Parcel of land called Little Mill Butts.
{2} Sketch of Copyhold in the manor of Weedonbeck held by the Board of Ordnance; no date but said to be 1835 or later. Shows The Mill Butts and Little Mill Butts north of the river and overlapping the RAOC depot.
{3} 223b: 18 29 Land of the Count of Mortain, [in Gravesend Hundred]… in Weedon (Bec)…. A mill at 40d; 224c: 33 Land of Hugh of Grandmesnil, in Gravesend Hundred….in Weedon (Bec)…… a mill at 40d.
