{1} Identified by South Northamptonshire Council as being a building of historic and/or architectural significance.
{2} [Boswell House- No 25]-Built of local limestone rubble, with a tiled roof. Two storeys; two bays, with central entrance now within a porch, bay windows top both bays and a third bay added at the east end. Various extensions at the rear behind the left bay, and an outshut behind the right bay.
The building appears to be one with the adjoining property, built as a row of four cottages and probably in the early 19th century. The added bay was erected c1900 as a haberdashers and general store. The end wall is of brick, and had at low level, a 'ketch' hole, which supplied the immediate area of the village with water from the Boswell Brook;
