Full Description

{1} A scatter of minor pits and other small features, all cut into the limestone bedrock. These are probably all of medieval and later date.

{4} Two shallow pits of undetermined function produced sherds of medieval pottery as did a circular possible quarry pit up to 0.6m deep with vertical sides. The nature and density of these features sis not indicate prolonged or intensive occupation although their presence would not be incompatible with activity to the rear of medieval tenements.
