Full Description

{1} Two ditches which may relate to the main boundary ditch (HER ref. 1952/0/4) and form part of a field system. The eastern ditch was up to 0.64m wide and 0.68m deep, and contained a small quantity of Middle Iron Age pottery. The western ditch was up to 1.2m wide and 0.36m deep with a round-based V-shaped profile. It contained no finds. The two ditches were perpendicular likely to have been contemporary.
