Full Description

{1} A building comprising a front facing 2 storey section; a front facing single storey section; and the rear courtyard single storey section with small internal courtyard area.
A two storey brick built structure with a slated roof. Two sliding solid timber garage style doors to the front elevation and a solid timber loading door at first floor level with flanking windows. The doors and lintel over do not appear to be original.
A single storey brick built structure with a slated roof. To the front are two arched top windows and a set of timber double doors with a window above and brickwork arched top. The rear is a mirror image of the front.
To the rear of the site is a smaller single storey brick built building. It is of simple construction with a mono pitch roof and steel angle iron supports. It is mainly formed from the rear perimeter wall of the site.
From Edith Street is an access, via double solid wood gates, to the concreted courtyard area behind. The courtyard has recently been covered with a timber framed pitched roof.
From map evidence, the building was constructed between 1901 and 1924.
