Summary
This two-storey factory for the manufacture of cardboard shoe boxes was built in the 1930s on the east side of Rushton Road. The building is of brick with a slate roof.

Full Description
{1} First listed in trade directories in 1937. The two-storey flat-roofed office front has exterior walls faced in brick, with continuous concrete lintels and sills, and steel-framed windows (some replaced). Raised brick courses give the effect of quoining. The off centre centrepiece of the street front is a tall projecting entance bay for vehicular access. The main office entrance is to the west, with concrete lintels and sills remain in the east and west elevations. To the rear are the manufacturing areas of the complex, in plainer brick with corrugated asbetos roofs.
