Full Description

{1} A sub-circular pit approx 0.47m in diameter and 0.07m deep. It was filled with burnt matter including animal bone. The feature was sealed by a layer which contained a small amount of Roman pottery. The dating of pit 680 is uncertain, but it may be a prehistoric feature.
