Full Description

{1} A courtyard measuring at least 25m (N-S) x 12.5m. The yard consisted of a limestone pavement. It was extensively truncated by ridge and furrow cultivation, and its eastern boundary was unclear because of this. An equivalent area of paving was found in Area T. Observation suggested that the courtyard was continuous between Areas G and T, a distance of some 60m.
The courtyard probably remained in use into later phases, although the perimeter wall was cut by a roundhouse.
