Full Description
{1} The farm was most likely one of many new farms built in the mid C19th as part of the agricultural revolution that was taking place. It was typical of carefully planned farms of late C19th date.
A further planning application shows that the derelict farmhouse in the southern corner of the courtyard was demolished in 2003. This covers the erection of a detached music room and garages, and is most likely the northern wing of the original building. Again, their location on the same footprint as the original complex is deceptive, but nothing of the original agricultural use, function and design of the building survives.
