Full Description

{1} In the centre of Trench 2 was the footing of a limestone wall 0.45m wide x 0.66m deep, orientated north-west to south-east. It was constructed of large squared limestone blocks with a limestone rubble core. The wall was constructed within the subsoil which would suggest that it is likely to be C18th or C19th in date.
