Full Description

{1} House. Early C18 and C19 with earlier origins. Cruck-framed regular coursed limestone and ironstone with slate roof. Originally 3-unit lobby entry plan. 2 storeys. 3 window range of C19 and C20 casement and sash window under wood linels. C20 panelled door and wood surround to right. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Rear elevation has barn, now part of house, attached to left. One first floor window has leaded casement with original glass. Interior has open fireplaces with bressumers, one with a C17 style fireplace with 4-centred head. Raised cruck roof structure. Included for group value.
