Full Description

{1} Towards the south-east end of Trench 3 was a north-east to south-west orientated ditch 1.40m wide x 0.73m deep, with straight sides and a narrow concave base. It contained no finds and the ditch was cut through the subsoil suggesting a post medieval date. It followed the slope of ground and may have been a predecessor of the site's current north-west boundary.
