Full Description

{1} A wide U-shaped pit 2.2m wide x 0.65m deep, was present in the foundation trenches of Plot 2. The base of the pit contained a concentration of pottery sherds representing at least three vessels of the late C18th to early C19th. The pit was overlain by topsoil.
