Full Description

{2} A ditch containing Iron Age pottery and abundant limestone fragments. Two further linear features, likely to be ditches, aligned NW-SE and NE-SW, were also present in Trench 4. No finds were recovered from either ditch, but they are likely to be contemporary with nearby Roman activity.
