Full Description

{1} The area surveyed was too small to reliably interpret the results. However, a series of small enclosures appeared to be visible to the south of the area. Partly overlying these anomalies were a series of linear ditches or trackways. The remains of a possibly substantial building were also identified. The anomaly appeared to depict a structure orientated from north to south with a main axis near 50m long and 20m wide. The features were likely to be Roman in date.

The remains extended beyond the survey area in all directions.
