Full Description

{1} Two storey building on the west side of Clarke Street. The street front, plain apart from a raised band at first floor level, has an asymmetrical elevation in three distinct parts separated by wider than normal intervals between the windows.

Extending to the rear is a much altered two-storey range with north-lit roof.
