Full Description

{1} Observation groundworks to the rear of High Street in 2017 found an alignment of postholes. No dating evidence was recovered from any of these features, but a single sherd of St Neots ware was recovered from a nearby pit, which because it had a similar fill, may have been of a similar date. Possibly a rear boundary for plots fronting onto the High Street. Much of the area had been significantly truncated by former buildings.
