Full Description

{1} Photographic record of farmhouse and rear outbuildings probably taken just prior to its demolition in the 1970s. The buildings appear to be derelict at the time. The farm appears to comprise two separate buildings of different phases on the High Street frontage with a long range to the rear extending perpendicular to the High Street. This range comprises at least four phases of building, the one at the western end is in a state of collapse and is marked as a 'ruined dovecote' on the rear of the photograph.
The main buildings are all of coursed ironstone rubble with pantiled roofs. A vertical sundial was set into the southern gable-end wall of the farmhouse.
