Full Description

{1} A complex of ditched enclosures and ring ditches, possibly roundhouse drip gullies, was identified during geophysical survey of a field immediately to the north-west of Norton Lodge Farm. The activity is likely to be Iron Age/Roman in date further extending the known hinterland of Bannaventa.
