Probable 19th-century threshing barn. The farm was requisitioned by the Ministry of Defence during WWII who made changes to some of the farm buildings including the barn

Full Description

{1} Building recording prior to planned conversion to residential use. Constructed from coursed limestone rubble with Welsh slate roof. Internally, the walls are faced with brick up to 1m high. Brick piers along the internal elevations supporting the machine sawn king post roof trusses. Opposing cart doors in the elevations. Hay loft door but little evidence of hay loft remains.
