Full Description
{2} Encompassing four trenches, this area extends approximately 100m by 75m, as defined by the geophysical anomalies (Figure 3). Although bisected by underground services, the geophysical anomalies include a smaller rectilinear enclosure south of the public footpath and larger linear boundary features north of the public footpath. The parallel ditches in this area may represent the flanking ditches of a NE-SW trackway, rather than an elongated enclosure — one of two routeways detected by the geophysical survey that appear to converge in this land parcel.
