Summary
An eight-bay former boot and shoe factory is built on the south side of Duke Street comprising three storeys over a basement constructed c1880. The front elevation is of pier-and-panel construction with a cogged eaves. Formerly Henry Timpson, Booth & Co and part of Church's Factory. Now in residential use.
