Summary
A post medieval house that was built circa 1840 located on the northern side of West Street. The building is constructed from coursed rubble with ashlar dressings with a double pitch Welsh slate roof. The street front has a one window range of casements with a door to the left and an ashlar floor band.

Full Description
{1} No 62, two storeys, class 7 (urban house), c 1840. Ashlar bands continuous with lintels; openings with keystones;
