Summary

A long range of outbuildings to The Manor House are situated on Eagle Lane with a bay to West Street. They were all built during the late 18th century to the early 19th century. The range has been constructed of coursed rubble with brick and double pitch slate roofs. The outbuildings where used as barns, stables and as a brewhouse.

Full Description

{1} To the east of the Manor House is a long range of outbuildings which include a two-storey barn with two blind circular windows, possibly late 18th-century, and a brewhouse with a reset panel inscribed 'IC 1851' for John cunnington, maltster;

{2} A long range of outbuildings of The Manor House built during the late 18th century to the early 19th century. The range has been constructed of coursed rubble with brick and double pitch slate roofs. The outbuildings where used as barns, stables and as a brewhouse.

[exact configuration of this group of buildings not known, but the southern range is now the village hall]
