Summary

Former Red Lion public house. A two-storeyed 17th-century house located on the northern side of Park Street. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and a double pitch Welsh slate roof with ridge and end chimney stacks. It was refaced and raised to two storeys in the later 19th century. The south facing elevation has a four bay range with four sash windows to the eaves above two flat roofed bay windows on the left, a central door and two sashes on the right. In use as the Red Lion public house from at least 1847 until the late 20th century

{1} Red Lion public house, class 1a 9cross-passage house entered by a passage behind the living room fireplace with three rooms in line), 17th century, refaced and raised to two storeys with welsh slate roof in later 19th century;

The south facing elevation has a four bay range with four sash windows to the eaves above two flat roofed bay windows on the left, a central door and two sashes on the right. The house was converted to a public house during the 20th century.
