Summary
A late 18th to early 19th century house situated on the eastern side of Church Street at its junction with Apethorpe Road. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a Collyweston slate roof and brick gable chimney stacks. The Street facade has a symmetrical two window range of casements with a central door. Wide fireplace and a staircase against the north gable now removed.

Full Description
{1} No. 72, two storeys, class 4a, c. 1800. Wide fireplace and a staircase against the N. gable now removed;
{2} The site of a late 18th to early 19th century house. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a Collyweston slate roof and brick end chimney stacks. The Street facade has a symmetrical two window range of casements with a central door.
