Summary
An early to mid 19th century house situated on the western side of Station Road. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a Collyweston slate roof and a brick gable stack. The road front has a close-set two window front with two casements on the eaves line, above a three light casement and doorway sharing a single wooden lintel.

{1} No. 37, two storeys and attics, class 4c, first half 19th century.
{2} An early to mid 19th century house. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a Collyweston slate roof and a brick end stack. The road front has a close-set two window front with two casements on the eaves line, above a three light casement and doorway sharing a single wooden lintel.
