Summary
A late 18th century house with early 19th century alterations situated on the eastern side of Station Road. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a Collyweston slate roof and ashlar chimney stacks. A two story gabled wing was added in the early 19th century.

Full Description
{1} Nos. 28, 30. This house was owned together with the granary (29) by Griffin King in 1778 (Enclosure Map); in 1801 it was associated with a coal and timber merchant's concern (Mercury, 30 Oct.). The remains of a dock survive at the end of the plot. The house, class 6 with parapeted gables, is late 18th-century. In the early 19th century a wing was added on the front and later still the area within the angle was infilled.
