Summary

A mid 19th century house situated on the eastern side of the Main Street, as the street leads south out of the village. The building is constructed of rendered brick with a double pitch Welsh slate roof with raised parapets and chimney stacks at the gables. The building is two storeys high with a stone band between the floors, at the sill of the first floor windows. The central bay of the road facade is slightly stepped forward. The facade has a three window range to the first floor of 12 pained sashes under cambered rubble arches. The ground floor has a central doorway flanked by similar windows to the first floor. The doorway is recessed in a moulded semi-circular arch with a keystone.

{1}Two storeys in red brick, now rendered, stone window lintels, sash windows, shallow central projection with roundheaded central doorway, parapeted gables, Wlsh slate roof, early 19th-century. Class 6 with rear service range giving a T-shaped plan. (Not entered).
