Summary

A post medieval house that was built between 1825 and 1850 is situated to the east of the High Street. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a hipped slate roof with chimney stacks at the gable ends. It has a two window front of sliding sashes under cambered stone arches to the first floor with two similar windows to the ground floor that flank a semi circular headed central door.

Full Description

{1} The Red House, two storeys and cellar, coursed rubble with the west front faced in brick, hipped stone-slated roof, is a square house of two-room plan and urban appearance, built in the second quarter of the 19th century.
