Building record 3084/0/77 - Weathertrees, Gretton Road

A 17th to 18th century house situated on the northern side of Gretton Road, to the east of the junction with Seaton Road. The building has been divided into three dwellings and is constructed coursed rubble with a double pitch pantiled roof with chimney stacks on the northern gable and on the ridge near the southern end. The west facing facade has an irregular range of two and three light casement windows with three large brick and stone flying buttresses between each house.

{1} House, two storeys with pantiled roof, originally class 3a, retains back-to-back fireplaces. It has been extensively modernized but is of 17th or 18th-century origin.
