Summary

A pair of late 18th to early 19th century houses with 20th century alterations situated on the northern side of Gretton Road. The house is constructed of coursed rubble with a double pitch modern tile roof with brick chimney stacks at the gable ends. It is single story with an attic range lit by four gabled dormer windows to the road front. The road front has a four window front of two light casements under wooden lintels and a door to the centre left. The house was re roofed and converted into a single dwelling during the 20th century.

{1} Tal Cottage, one storey and attics, formerly a pair of class 4a houses with entrances in the back wall only, built c. 1800 and now a single dwelling.
