Summary

A 17th century house with 20th century alterations situated on the northern side of Gretton Road. The house is constructed of coursed rubble with a double pitch modern cement tiled roof with brick chimney stacks at the northern gable end and on the ridge. The house is perpendicular to the road with a road facing gable with two, three light ovolo moulded stone mullion windows. The main facade faces to the west and has a regular three window front with a five light oriel window to the first floor centre. The ground floor has a central door passage set deeply into the facade with gabled porch to the right.

{1} A one-storey and attics class 4a house of 17th-century origin with three-light mullioned windows on S. gable; extended to N.
