Building record 3084/0/83 - No 45 Gretton Road

An early 19th century house is situated on the north western side of Gretton Road. The house is constructed of coursed rubble with a double pitch tile roof with a brick chimney stack on the southern gable. The entrance facade faces to the west and has a two window range of casements with a central door. The casement windows to the left are of two lights and the windows on the right are three light. A single story outhouse is attached to the southern gable.
