Building record 3084/0/86 - Jasmine Cottage, Wakerley Road

A mid 19th century house with large extensions to the rear is situated on the southern side of Wakerley Road. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a double pitch Welsh slate roof with a large catslide roof to the rear that encompasses the rear extension. The entrance facade has a two window, first floor range of casements with rubble cambered arches. The ground floor has two similar windows flanking a doorway to the centre left. The left return has two casement windows with cambered rubble arches to each floor.

{2} A mid 19th century house with large extensions to the rear. The left return has two casement windows with cambered rubble arches to each floor. Satellite images suggest that further extensions have been made to the rear of this house during the late 20th century.
