Summary
Built between 1922 and 1924, it consisted of a single north-lit range. It is four bays long from east to west with an entrance in the east end flanked by windows. The openings have concrete lintels. All the windows are now blocked. The roof is covered with asbestos tiles. In use as a warehouse in the later 20th century. Now demolished

Full Description
{1} Small early 20th-century boot upper factory on the west side of Oxford Street. Consists of a single north-lit range . It is four bays long from east to west, with an entrance in the east end flanked by windows. The opening have concrete lintels.
