Summary

An 18th century house located on the southern side of West Street with its eastern elevation along Maltings Lane. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with a double pitch slate roof with end chimney stacks. The West Street gable has a central blocked door flanked by two sash windows under wooden lintels with two smaller casements above. Originally a non-domestic building converted to a house in the early 19th century.
