Summary

An early 19th century house situated slightly east of Park Street is constructed of coursed rubble with stone dressings. The slate roof is double pitch with ashlar gable stacks and protruding parapets. The west facing elevation has a two window range of sashes to the first floor with dressed stone surrounds with two similar windows beneath. A central door has a dressed stone surround and is under a wooden lintel. The house has been extended to the north under a slightly lower roof line.

Full Description

{1} No 10, two storeys, freestone dressing, sash windows and parapeted gables, class 6, early 19th century;

{2} An early 19th century house is constructed of coursed rubble with stone dressings. The slate roof is double pitch with ashlar end stacks and protruding gable parapets. The west facing elevation has a two window range of sashes to the first floor with dressed stone surrounds with two similar windows beneath. A central door has a dressed stone surround and is under a wooden lintel. The house has been extended to the north under a slightly lower roof line. A small barn is located to the rear of this house and is recorded as TL 09 NW.
