Summary

An early 17th century house with 19th century alterations located on the southern side of Church Street. The building is constructed of coursed rubble and is divided into two dwellings. The dwelling to the east has a pantile roof with a brick chimney stack on the eastern gable and a three window range to the eaves with two, three light casements flanking an entrance door. The dwelling to the west has a thatch roof with a central ridge chimney stack and a door way on the left with a bow window on the right beneath a small single window opening at the eaves.

Full Description

{1} No. 7, two storeys, west half thatched, early 17th-century. Originally class 1b, divided into two dwellings and the east half remodelled in the 19th century;
