Full Description

{1} The original function of this two-storey house-and-workshop or factory has not been identified, but may have been unconnected with the leather trades. The factory element occupies the full depth of the plot. The ground floor is now dominated by two large garage doors. On the first floor there are four segmental headed windows with horned sashes beneath a dentilled eaves cornice. The adjoining house has a two-storey canted bay window.
