Full Description
{1} This is a double-fronted terraced house on the south side of Colwyn Road. The fanlit central entrance has a semicircular head incorporating a scrolled keystone. There are two wide segmental-headed tripartite windows flanking the entrance on each floor, with original horned sashes. The eaves consist of blue brick squares (a similar treatment is applied to the plinth), surmounted by buff brick chamfered dentils, beneath red brick dogtooth. There is a rear range on west side, possibly rebuilt, with a first-floor loading doorway and
gable window. The ground floor of the rear range is rendered.
