Full Description
{1} Cropmarks of a series of large rectilinear ditched enclosure on a double-ditched trackway, probably part of a later prehistoric settlement and field system complex located at SP5916 5569 in fields to the west of Snorscomb and visible on aerial photograhs aerial photographs taken in 2013 by English Heritage as part of the Reconnaissance Recording Programme. Further enclosures and fragments of trackway can be seen in fields to the south and west which have been mapped as part of the Northamptonshire NMP project (HER number 5738 and 3739). These may all form part of a wider settlement complex.
