Summary
An Iron Age and/or Roman rectilinear ditched enclosure and boundaries, probably marking the site of a settlement, are recorded as cropmarks on EH Reconnaissance aerial photographs taken in July 2011. The enclosure measures about 75 metres by 50 metres and a ditched boundary extends west from its southern side for about 60 metres. The interior of the north-west and south-east corners of the enclosure are divided off by curving boundaries into small enclosures about 50 metres and 30m across

Full Description
{1, 2} An Iron Age and/or Roman rectilinear ditched enclosure and boundaries, probably marking the site of a settlement, are recorded as cropmarks on EH Reconnaissance aerial photographs taken in July 2011. The enclosure measures about 100 metres by about 50 metres and a ditched boundary extends west from its southern side for about 60 metres. The interior of the the enclosure is subdivided into enclosures about 50 metres and 30m across. It is centred at TL 0643 7915.
