Summary

A number of Iron Age/Roman conjoined rectilinear enclosures and a trackway are visible as cropmarks on air photographs. These features appear to be an enclosure system, part of which was recorded by the Northamptonshire NMP.

Full Description

{1} A number of Iron Age/Roman conjoined rectilinear enclosures and a trackway are visible as cropmarks on air photographs, at SP 8553 7656. These features appear to be an enclosure system, part of which was recorded by the Northamptonshire NMP at SP 8581 7666. The enclosures are aligned broadly northeast-southwest and measure approximately 85m in width.
