Full Description
{1} Iron Age/Roman rectilinear conjoined rectilinear and curvilinear enclosures are visible as cropmarks on 2011 air photographs, at SP 9298 8128. Additional Google Earth Imagery shows additional features and suggests the enclosures are appended to the north and south of a field boundary, which follows a northwest-southeast alignment. A rectilinear enclosure at SP 9294 8134, is formed by a circuit of ditch measuring 51m x 47m and has numerous internal features, perhaps suggestive of settlement remains.
