Full Description

{1} Mess Site No 2, a dispersed site shown to the south-east of the airfield. The accompanying key indicates that buildings at the mess site included Officers Mess, Commanding Officer'ss Quarters and Office, Officers shower block, Sergeants mess and shower block, A/M's showers and latrines, fuel compound and dining room.


{3} Modern aerial photography indicates some buildings and tracks may still survive.
