{1} A level 2 building recording survey was carried out of outbuildings to the rear of 23 Hickmire. The buildings comprised a former two-storey stable, workshop and cart shed which were constructed between 1886 and 1900. The buildings were then converted for domestic use c1975, when inevitably much of its original character was lost, notably by the infilling of the open cart bays.
