Full Description
{1} In October 1866 two human burials were found in a sand pit recently opened near 'Potato Hall' on the Harrowden Road. One appeared to be an adult of short height while the other was a child. They were complete apart from the skulls. The adult had several teeth in its lower jaw, one decayed and a worn molar. They were handed to the police.
