Summary
Arts and Crafts style summerhouse built between 1901 and 1926. Timber framed with roughcast-render infill panels and a clay-tile roof with an overhanging eaves. Windows throughout are metal framed with leaded cames and decorative handles. Partially demolished by a collapsed tree and subsequently removed prior to development.

Full Description
{1} Historic England assessed the summerhouse for listing prompted by a planning application which proposed its demolition. It was judged that the summerhouse lacked the special architectural or historic interest in a national context to justify its listing.
