Summary

This site is a small complex of boot and shoe workshops at the junction of London Road and Rotten Row. It incorporates a number of developments from the late 19th to the early 20th century. Most units are two storey.

Full Description

[1} Site of complex and piecemeal development, which at one time incorporated 17 Rotten Row. The site appears to have developed in the early part of the 20th century as some form of industrial premises, possibly a curriers or leather dressing works. The buildings are of two storeys and characterised by large windows.
